The ever so marvelous Afrikaaps-crew arrived on Dutch soil. Join us on Saturday September 10 for this warm, insightful “Welcome to Afrodam!”-info sharing session where poets, writers and/or MC’s unite and create.

Entrance: Free but you’re more than welcome to donate a poem.

Core Rhythm’s poetry workshop

“Re-wire, re-tool, re-vive, re-education”, the statement that best describes the artistry of Core Rhythm. Hailing from New York City, Core since 2004 has made his passion for the preservation and progression of Hip Hop and The Black artistic aesthetic felt. He attended the prestigious H.S. for the Performing Arts in NYC (“The Fame School”) and continues to prove his artistic flyness as an educator, actor, MC and community worker….

On Saturday May 28th this Renaissance Brother will give a poetry workshop at Ninsee (address: Linnaeusstraat 35-F, 1093 EE Amsterdam).

Doors open: 13.30h
Workshop starts at: 14.00h and yes, we would love for you to be on time.
Entrance: Free.
